Recovery fees. SMS caps. Recordings that delete themselves after 90 days. You signed up for a phone system, not a scavenger hunt through your invoice. BabbleBlue is $24.99/mo for your first line, $17.99/mo for each one after, everything included, and no contract.
Per user, month-to-month. The $25 advertised rate requires annual commitment. Fees vary and aren't in the advertised price.
Month-to-month, no contract. Billed annually (2 months free): $19.99 first line, $14.99 per added line. Taxes where required by law.
RingCentral's low rates require annual commitments, and invoices pick up compliance and recovery fees plus E911 charges that never appeared in the ads. Month-to-month costs roughly a third more.
Want automatic call recording? That's the Advanced tier. Real analytics? Higher tier. Every feature you actually need is one plan up from the one you bought.
RingCentral time-limits call recording storage. If you need recordings for compliance or disputes, you're building your own export pipeline. On BabbleBlue, your recordings stay until you delete them.

Takes under five minutes. No sales call required, though you can talk to a human at (855) 801-2441 if you'd rather.
You give us your numbers and a recent bill. We handle every bit of the carrier paperwork. Your numbers keep working the whole time.
Keep your existing SIP desk phones and softphones. It's standard SIP, so there's nothing proprietary to unlearn, and if there are analog phones in the mix, the adapter we ship — included with the service — plugs them right in. Set up your IVR and queues from the dashboard.
For most teams, yes, and it's easier to predict. Our Business plan is $24.99/month for the first line and $17.99 for each additional line, everything included ($19.99 and $14.99 billed annually). RingCentral's comparable tiers run $30 to $45 per user month-to-month, before recovery fees, E911 fees, SMS overages, and add-ons. The bigger difference is that our bill matches our pricing page.
Yes. Porting is free on every plan and we handle all the paperwork with your current carrier. Most ports complete within a few business days, and your numbers keep working during the transition.
They're yours. They stay in your account until you delete them, and you can download them from the dashboard or pull them programmatically over the API. No 90-day expiration.
No. BabbleBlue is standard SIP, so any SIP desk phone, softphone, or ATA you already own will work. Analog phones are covered too: a phone adapter is included with the service, so the cordless set at the front desk keeps its job. If you're starting fresh, we're happy to recommend hardware, but we don't sell locked devices and we never will.
Yes. US and Canadian numbers cost the same, Canadian service addresses and 9-1-1 registration are fully supported, and unlimited calling covers both countries on every plan. Since it's all standard SIP, your existing hardware works the same on either side of the border. One caveat: we currently ship adapters to US addresses only, so Canadian offices bring their own standard ATA (we'll recommend one if you call). Prices are in USD.
Really. Month-to-month, cancel whenever. Annual billing gets you 2 months free if you want it, but it's a discount, not a leash.
Sign up in under 5 minutes, port your numbers for free, and get every feature included — $24.99/mo for the first line, $17.99/mo for each one after. If you're mid-contract with RingCentral, talk to us about timing the switch.
